UPDATE: Immediately after my disappointing experience with the billing practices of SMILE FX Dr. Liang took her personal time and effort to not only address my issue, but also, resolve it completely and accurately. My faith has been restored! Thank you again Dr. Tracy, you are an amazing orthodontist and you care deeply about your patients and the services received at your practice.
UPDATE: Make sure you get your treatment plan in WRITING and keep meticulous payment records!!! I knew this place was too good to be true, very disappointed in the billing practices.
The staff is amazing! High end technology and super nice staff. This is the start of my dental journey, but I expect nothing but great things from Dr. Tracy and her awesome staff.

All I can say is WOW! From the moment you walk into Smile FX, you are warmly greeted by the receptionist and Dr. Tracy. The aesthetics of the office is absolutely gorgeous! My consultation was informative and that made my decision to start my journey sooner than later! Dr. Tracy is so kind and knowledgeable in her craft. I’m excited to perfect my smile.

Llevé a mi hijo y a mi niña a Smile-FX en Miramar después de pasar por cuatro ortodoncistas. La diferencia se sintió desde que entramos. En los otros fue todo a la carrera, una placa rápida, un precio, un plan genérico y para la próxima. Yo buscaba una segunda opinión de verdad, porque sabía que mi hijo tenía algo más. Aquí el doctor se sentó conmigo uno a uno, me enseñó las imágenes, lo explicó clarito en inglés y en español, y dio con el problema que los demás no vieron. Sin presión, con paciencia y atención de verdad.
Salimos con un plan de tratamiento que sí nos cuadra, opciones entre brackets o Invisalign, y un plan de pago con cuotas mensuales bajitas que podemos manejar. Además, el paquete trae servicios extra que en ningún otro lugar mencionaron. La oficina está limpia, el personal es amable y tratan a los niños con cariño, todo bien organizado para las citas.
Si estás buscando el mejor ortodoncista en Miramar, una segunda opinión seria, diagnóstico correcto, atención personalizada, precios claros y pagos mensuales bajos, Smile-FX es la jugada. Mi hija estuvo cómoda, mi hijo por fin tuvo respuestas, y yo salí tranquilo de que elegimos bien. Cinco estrellas. Mike.

My experience at smile fx was top tier very different experience for me the customer service was great every dental assistant was nice and welcoming Eli was super sweet and help out with most of my appointment made sure I was comfortable the entire time and i definitely would refer to friend and family .

Been working with Smile Fx since May/June 2025 and I’ve noticed such an improvement in my smile! I would definitely recommend Dr. Tracey and the staff. Such a knowledgeable ortho and their staff is always very bubbly/welcoming, thank you ladies!! 😀😀☺️☺️ for reference, I am attaching a picture from May and a picture from this month, August.
